The Philips GC8650/80 Perfect Care Aqua Silence Steam Generator has a large 2.5L water tank that means less frequent refills and a much lighter iron. Boasting silent steam technology that delivers powerful steam but without the noise: steam filters reduce the noise and a sound-absorbing platform reduces the sound of the pump in the base.
‘Optimal temp’ means no temperature setting is required: iron anything from silk to jeans without worry, the Advanced Smart Control Processor controls the soleplate temperature so you don’t have to. ECO mode reduces the amount of steam used so you can save energy without compromising on results. Designed to use tap water, the water tank can be refilled at any time, without having to wait or turn it off. The safety carry lock clamps the iron to the base station securely for convenient portability.
The iron has a quick heat up time of only 2 minutes and has a steam boost of 330g to power through your ironing pile. With a gliding soleplate that features an integrated Titanium-Oxide layer, the scratch-resistant soleplate glides effortlessly over laundry.
