When Secret Service Agent Phillips (Wilson) is banned by his own people, he becomes the relentless Cyber-Trackers' next target. Also on their trail is his personal nemesis, fellow Secret Service Agent Ross.
The action never lets up, starting with a horrific opening fire fight, immediately followed by a heart-pounding terrorist attack and into the final showdown with the indestructable mechanical monsters.
