All this has been done without the help of firearms, due to an unfortunate accident early in his career. 'Flatfoot' relies on his fists, which are as lethal as any weapon. But it is his fists which land him in hot water when he discovers a ring of dealers pushing drugs at young kids. His superiors don't believe him, and he is thrown off the force. He decides to take action on his own, and starts a gang-war that makes Chicago in the thirties look like a Sunday school picnic.
